French Regional Park in Plymouth has one of our favorite playgrounds in the Twin Cities. It was just redesigned a few years ago and is an impressive place for kids and families.
We visited on a beautiful summer day recently and it was so fun!
French Park has a tower that’s 28 feet tall, six slides, 47 climbable nets, water misters, a play area for smaller children, patio tables with umbrellas for shade, and more. There are many trails and a swimming beach at the park as well.
If your kids need exercise, this place will get out all the wiggles and giggles!
The French Visitor Center is very nice, with concessions, public seating (great if it rains), restrooms and meeting rooms. I went to a CD release party here and it was beautiful.
I love this little playhouse!
Yes, there are musical instruments that actually work!
If it’s hot out, no problem. These water misters are nice and refreshing, and they even made a rainbow when we were there!
