Note: There are workouts you need a paid membership to access some workouts, but there are plenty of free ones of all types.
The paid membership is REGULARLY $6.95 a month or $69.00 annually, unless you get a Gold membership which is $159.00 annually. I think it’s a good option to consider, and is definitely WAY cheaper than a gym membership, but I hope you sign up for the free access like I did – it’s so worth it!
