Did you know that children ages 6-17 can attend unlimited regular Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra (SPCO) concerts for FREE?
Thanks to generous donors, kids can not only attend concerts for free, but they sit in any price seat. Adults can reserve up to 4 free child tickets per each paid adult ticket (children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult).
There is information on their website.
In addition, students with a valid student ID can attend unlimited regular SPCO concerts free of charge, too!
From their website:
“With free tickets for kids and students, we are expanding access to the arts for young people and making it easier than ever to experience SPCO concerts.”
Some concerts are not included, but most are eligible.
Also, the SPCO has a Concert Library online where you can enjoy free streaming and concerts online anytime! This is a great resource for anyone to watch or listen to performances.
The SPCO has over 130 concerts each year at locations throughout the Twin Cities.
The Minnesota Orchestra also offers free tickets for kids. More here.
