I love supporting local businesses, and with the closing of Toys R Us, it’s a great time to support local toy stores, particularly at this time of year.
That’s what Neighborhood Toy Store Day is about – celebrating and supporting your local toy stores!
Neighborhood Toy Store Day 2019 is on November 9th and many local toy stores are participating with events and deals.

Neighborhood Toy Store Celebration. 10:00am – 2:00pm. Hub Hobby Center – locations in Little Canada and Richfield. Games, Demonstrations, Craft Projects, Face Painting, Refreshments. Free. Locations: Hub Hobby Center, 82 Minnesota Ave, Little Canada, MN 55117, and Hub Hobby Center, 6410 Penn Ave. S, Richfield, MN 55423
Neighborhood Toy Store Day w/ Character Meet & Greet! 10:30am – 12:30pm. kiddywampus, 1023 Mainstreet, Hopkins. There will be a special Ice Princess and Spidey Meet & Greet! There will be interactive play and photos with the characters, followed by toy testing, and games in store!
Neighborhood Toy Store Day – Legacy Toys, Minnetonka. November 9-10. Legacy Toys, Ridgedale in Minnetonka. Family-friendly activities, in-store specials, demos of some of our Top 10 Toys for the Christmas Season and more! See the coolest toys this holiday season in-person and find a curated selection of gifts for the kids (and kids-at-heart) you love.
