Grandparents Day this year is Sunday, September 9th, but did you know that there are several places that grandparents can get in FREE this weekend?
Crayola Experience – Mall of America
This Saturday, September 8th through Friday, September 14th, all grandparents will receive free admission to the Crayola Experience at the Mall of America with the purchase of a child’s admission.

Regular admission to Crayola Experience is $20.99 at the door or $17.99 online. Children under 3 are free. However, you can get discounted admission with my special code! I’m proud to partner with the Crayola Experience to offer a continuing discount of $7.00 off per ticket via my special online store. That means you can get tickets for $13.99 vs. $20.99, every day! Here’s how to get the discount tickets year-round:
- Just click on my personalized online store web link (URL) and enter the access code TCFM. (Or visit https://tickets.crayolaexperience.com and enter my personalized store name: Twin Cities Frugal Mom)
- You’ll be able to purchase and print the tickets right away, saving you time waiting at the entrance turnstiles and bypassing ticket booth lines!
