Now that school is back in session, that means time to get ready for cold and flu season! One way is to get flu shots for everyone in your family.
Every year for years I’ve gotten a flu shot except for last year. For some reason last year our family just skipped our flu shots. Well, guess what? We all got the flu! It was miserable, and now I vow to get the flu shot every year to keep myself and my family healthy!
A new place to get your flu shots and any other urgent care for your family is called MedExpress.
Two new MedExpress centers have just opened in the Minneapolis area – one in Eden Prairie at 16490 W. 78th St. and one in Plymouth at 16895 County Road 24. are the company’s first locations in Minnesota.
MedExpress plans additional centers in Mankato, Cloquet and Brooklyn Park during the remainder of the year, with additional locations in the region planned for 2017.
FREE Flu Shots September 16 – 30!
And here’s the best part – BOTH centers will offer 15 days of free flu shots from Sept. 16-30 to patients ages 9 and up, to celebrate MedExpress 15th anniversary!
