Skip shipping charges & delivery wait (get online prices in-store)
Brick & Mortar is fighting back against Amazon and the online trend. Stores including Target, Staples, Office Depot, Best Buy, Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, Bed Bath & Beyond all match competitor online prices. Use the Amazon app to scan products in brick & mortar stores. If the Amazon price is cheaper, ask the cashier to price match at checkout and pay the Amazon price in store!
Gift (discounted) gift cards at 20% off
Over 1 billion in gift cards go unredeemed every year. Retailers know this stat and so they discount gift cards and hope you’ll never redeem them! Find discounted gift cards for restaurants, movie theaters and more at Costco or online at GiftCardGranny.com, Raise.com or even eBay.com.
Use Slice app to track price drops
Most retailers offer a one-time price adjustment if the selling price of your item drops within 7-14 days of purchase. Upload your receipts to an app called Slice and get alerts when the purchase price of your item drops so you can request the adjustment!
Gift (discounted) memberships
It’s never too late to find great presents with the memberships listed above. Heck, you can even make your purchase ON Christmas and no one would be the wiser. Gift memberships often run 20% off during the month of December. Give a year of Amazon Prime, get a month free. Give a $100 restaurant.comcard for $30. Give a Molly Maid membership for after-the-holiday cleaning for 20% off.
