Beginning in September, the North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters is opening the doors of one of its largest training centers to the community in the form of “Kids Build” weekend workshops.
Kids Build events are two-hour workshops held from 10 a.m. to noon one Saturday per month September 2015 through May 2016 for children ages 5-12. At these workshops, kids will have the opportunity to make wood projects, as well as build their skills and confidence.

Tools will be supplied and there are no fees to participate. Children will be able to take their projects home to enjoy, along with a certificate of project completion.
