Easy Gourmet Lasagna. Perfect on a cold Minnesota night.
That’s what I made recently with my kids, it tasted delicious, and it took only 20 minutes to prepare before going in the oven!
What made it so easy?
The recipe I used was a NO BOIL Skinny Lasagna recipe from Red Gold. Yup – this means it didn’t require boiling any noodles so it was super easy and fast to put together!
Red Gold sent me an easy gourmet lasagna kit with Red Gold tomatoes, Creamette lasagna, recipes, coupons for Laura’s Lean Beef, a tote, and an apron to I could try some Red Gold recipes with my family and share them with you.
My kids loved putting the ingredients together and layering the dry noodles. It may not have turned out picture perfect, but they were proud to help and it tasted delicious!
Right now, Red Gold is hosting a promotion on Facebook and twice a week they will give away a Le Creuset Lasagna Pan, a Simple Gourmet Lasagna Kit, Red Gold spatula, Garfield Toy, coupons and an apron. Just go to https://www.facebook.com/RedGold to enter!
Red Gold is hosting this promotion with Laura’s Lean Beef, and developed a delicious Skinny Lasagna recipe featuring both products that I tried. Here it is, plus visit their website for more easy lasagna recipes!
