We visited Teddy Bear Park in Stillwater for the first time on Father’s Day. We didn’t even know about this unique, quaint park until our daughter visited there on a school field trip this year.
We visited Stillwater in the afternoon as the weather was nice, and decided to check it out.
Designed for kids ages 7 and under, it’s only a block up the hill from the main street in Stillwater, at 2nd St. and Nelson. It’s not huge, but it’s full of unique features including three teddy bear statues, a tree house, a train, a boat and more.
Our kids enjoyed climbing on the small “cliffs” and exploring all the imaginative areas.
Thankfully there were benches for parents to sit – several of which were in the shade.
There is also a building that can be rented which you can learn about on the Stillwater website.
For a fun park unlike any other in the area, take your kids to Teddy Bear Park!
2019 Update: We’ve been back to this park every year, which is often busy, and often visit local shops and restaurants when we’re in town. We especially like Leo’s Grill & Malt Shop.
Here’s where it’s located!
