I recently got this one from a friend (thanks, Nancy!). It is sooo easy and GOOD. All you want in an easy apple crisp recipe!
You’ll need:
3-4 Granny Smith (or other) apples – peeled & sliced
1 cup flour (I use 1/2 cup white flour, 1/2 cup whole wheat flour)
1 cup oatmeal
2 cups brown sugar
2 Tbs cinnamon
3/4 cup melted butter
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease an 8×8″ pan.
3. Layer apples in pan.
4. In bowl, combine other ingredients. Crumble on top of apples.
5. Bake for 40 minutes uncovered.
